Industry Sharing: AIAFAM Event May 2022, Genting Highlands

Had the honour of being invited to share on AIAFAM platform, one for producers and one session on agency building. It was a great experience and gave me the platform to get to know many legends in Malaysia and get connected with fellow speakers.

For producers, I shared on the importance of using Head, Heart and Hands to have a consistent, sustained performance and serving customers the way that they deserve.

For agency, I shared on the lessons learnt and the structures we implemented in different phases of growth as our agency expands.
